What we collect

If you join the text list, we collect your phone number, the time and version of your consent, and limited technical information used to prevent abuse.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the Word of the Day text list, record consent, deliver messages, honor opt-out requests, and protect the signup form.

Lesson activity

The Word of the Day app stores lesson progress, learned words, streak dates, and spelling responses under a random per-install identifier. It does not require your name, email address, or phone number, and the lesson identifier is not joined to the text-list record.

Mobile information

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers only to operate the text program and deliver messages on our behalf.

Your choices

Reply STOP to unsubscribe from text messages. Reply HELP for help. You may rejoin later by completing the signup form and authorizing messages again.

Retention

We retain consent and opt-out records as needed to run the program responsibly and demonstrate that messaging preferences were honored.
